Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategic goals
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, guidance or other issues and resolutions for HR division
Manage the recruitment, selection process, onboarding, and determine hiring processes for new hires
Design interview questions, conduct interviews, and create employment offers and packages for successful candidates
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to nurture a positive working environment and enforce company policies and lead disciplinary procedures
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain employee compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews and bonuses
Monitor training needs and develop and manage training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics to devise new HR strategies
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules
Develop and manage performance management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations
Develop and implement employee retention and engagement programs to increase employee retention
Conduct employee surveys and analyze the results to identify opportunities for improvement
Manage employee records and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR database
Manage HR budgets and provide reporting of HR activities to the HR director and other senior managers
Requirements:
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for at least 3 years, especially in F&B industries preferred
People-oriented and targeted results-driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and modules
Well knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRIS) such as Talenta, Oracle preferred
Ability to architect HR strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Experience as HR generalist, commission and benefit (payroll) and general affairs
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
