What will you do

  • Handling Timesheet Correction
  • Creating invoices for customers
  • Handling Expenses Reclassification
  • Handling Customer reminders
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Assist in the preparation, posting, and reconciliation of accounting entries.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Minimum 0-2 years' experience as Accounting Staff
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial record-keeping.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals
  • Good command of English communication
