Job Description

• Oversee the sales and operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead and develop store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
• Implement effective inventory control practices to minimise waste, avoid over- or under-purchasing, and meet demand accurately.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from merchandising to staffing and customer satisfaction.
• Drive store performance by analysing sales data, setting goals, and implementing action plans for improvement.
• Optimise manpower through effective scheduling, recruitment, and training, ensuring stores are well-staffed and teams are equipped to perform.
• Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain a consistent customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities within each store location to maximise sales and support expansion efforts.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 5 years in retail sales management, with a track record in expansion and store openings.
• Strong record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Expert in consumer behaviour and market trends with a strategic sales approach.
• Skilled in leading multi-location teams to meet business objectives.
• Proven ability to reduce shrinkage, optimise manpower, and streamline processes.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, leveraging communication, problem-solving, and leadership to support growth.
• A hands-on leader who enjoys engaging with teams on the floor and fostering a dynamic retail atmosphere.
• Strong in inventory management especially analysing the good's movements.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang or Karawang area
