Facilitate discussion across members to drive the industry agenda on continuous improvement cooperative working, project management of the Efficiency Task Force.
Act as a change agent by challenging stakeholders and anchoring the CI culture in the business unit.
Develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy in the business unit.
Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects, able to conduct training and workshops to drive cultural change in the business unit.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical.
Proficient in MS Office and Data Analysis.
Willing to be placed in the Medan Area.
Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or minimum Green Belt.
Minimum 7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, with problem-solving techniques like PDCA and 5 Whys.
Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement/Work Out sessions with a range of departments (including experience of process/value stream mapping).
Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions (project experience).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
