Job description

• Facilitate discussion across members to drive the industry agenda on continuous improvement cooperative working, project management of the Efficiency Task Force.
• Act as a change agent by challenging stakeholders and anchoring the CI culture in the business unit.
• Develop and lead the continuous improvement strategy in the business unit.
• Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects, able to conduct training and workshops to drive cultural change in the business unit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical.
• Proficient in MS Office and Data Analysis.
• Willing to be placed in the Medan Area.
• Accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or minimum Green Belt.
• Minimum 7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, with problem-solving techniques like PDCA and 5 Whys.
• Ability to set up, facilitate, and lead service improvement/Work Out sessions with a range of departments (including experience of process/value stream mapping).
• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions (project experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, project, and product management skills.
