Job description
Responsible in building (if needed) and utilizing regular Mall market research (event, tenant survey) as foundation for Mall’s level analysis.
Responsible for building competitor analysis guideline for Malls.
Responsible for handling any adhoc and regular Marketing Market Research projects.
Develop regular (e.g: per quarter/ per semester) Mall’s level analysis and recommendation and liaise with relevant stakeholders for execution.
Explore and conduct analysis on other relevant data, including 3rd party data and desk research for competitive analysis purpose.
Provide the market research analysis and recommendation on Dashboard to be consumed by Marketing and Malls.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Statistics, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in Data Analytics, Market Research) is a plus.
Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in marketing research, analytics, or related roles, with a focus on commercial.
Strong background in competitive analysis and business intelligence.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present findings clearly and concisely.
Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability in research outputs.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering insights that drive business growth.
