UI UX Product

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
2. Design user-centered interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally intuitive.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and functionalities.
4. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs.
5. Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and user expectations.
6. Stay informed about the latest design trends and best practices, recommending their adoption.
7. Document the design process and establish design standards for the team.
8. Foster a collaborative and creative design environment within the team.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Product Designer with a proven portfolio of successful projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing interfaces.
4. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and user-friendly experiences.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions to non-designers.
6. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
7. Passion for mobile and web technology.
8. Experience working in a startup environment or building a new team is a plus.
9. Previous experience at a high-growth Indonesian startup is highly desirable.
