Logistics & Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and control skincare product development and production
• Manage OEM product production
• Collaborate and communicate with factories to manage production schedules
• Monitor and manage efficiency, cost reduction, and production costs
• Oversee logistics and shipping management
• Ensure order fulfillment, warehouse, and shipping supervision
• Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure cost optimization
• Resolve shipping issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, logistics, and shipping
• Optimize operational efficiency and costs
• Implement logistics automation tools and inventory management systems
• Manage customer support operations to improve service efficiency

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or import/export (preferably in e-commerce or beauty)
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping carriers, and customs regulations
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Conditions:

• Jakarta office-based, with 1 day of remote work per week (must be in the office if there are tasks to complete)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Shopify, Tokopedia & FBA, warehouse management systems (WMS), or ERP tools
• Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce logistics
