Assistant Manager Finance

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Preferably 5 years experience in the same position.
• Candidate must have capability in English & Mandarin languages for conversation, reading, & writing.
• Familiar with Accounting System, Standards of Accounting, General Journal & Adjustment Journal, Monthly & Yearly Reports (Financial Statements), and Tax.
• Dynamic presentation and communication skills.
• Initiative, self-discipline, responsible, positive attitude, self-management, relationship building, good interpersonal skills, and strong analytical skills.
• Develop Finance & Accounting strategic plans to achieve the JV Indonesia objectives optimally.
• Develop and implement Finance & Accounting procedures that align with JV Indonesia finance/accounting strategy to ensure full support of the finance accounting function in achieving business goals.
• Direct, control, and monitor all Finance, Accounting, and tax daily operations to ensure compliance with prevailing policies/regulations/procedures.
• Ensure payment documents are valid and complete, and that payments are made according to the payment schedule to establish well-managed and accurate payment activities.
• Ensure accounting journals are complete and accurate for timely report submission.
• Analyze financial reports as requested by Top Management (i.e., Expenses Report, Cash Flow, BS, IS, etc.) to provide information and support Top Management decision-making.
• Prepare accountable & reliable Financial Statements in detail to provide accurate information on the current company financial condition.
• Direct data preparation for the audit process to ensure a smooth audit process.
• Prepare and create periodic reports/journals as information for related parties.
• Evaluate and develop team performance and ability to maintain high team performance.
• Ensure high confidentiality of all company data/information as part of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Follow company programs, including compliance with all OHS regulations, promoting OHS culture and programs (including ensuring work tools meet standards), energy, quality, and environment.
• Identify, report, and conduct reviews related to OHS programs (Occupational Accidents, OHS Audits, and improvements), energy (including energy use), quality, and environment.
• Experience in working in an industrial manufacturing company.
• Must have experience in managing a team.
• Reporting to Finance Manager.
• Mandarin speaker is highly preferable.
