Job Description
Your primary responsibility entails overseeing the expansion of sales for all products and services within the designated region. This role will emphasize the development of accounts and the strategic management of the product portfolio in Indonesia.
You will drive increased sales of products by not only meeting but surpassing the agreed-upon sales targets. This will be achieved through the creation of new projects and expanding market share within key customer bases.
You will act as an ambassador within the market, conducting oneself in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
You will establish the firm as the preferred supplier for top-quality solutions, earning respect within the broader market.
You will stay well-informed about developments in the sector within the designated region, including closely monitoring competitors' activities. This knowledge will enable sustainable sales growth.
You will cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with customers while identifying market trends, needs, and opportunities and translating them into successful business endeavors.
You will support the General Manager in energizing sales efforts and contributing to team development.
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the industrial packaging or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Comprehensive knowledge of the industrial packaging market in Indonesia and competitors' activities.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Integrity and professionalism in representing the company.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and the local language.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.
Experience in team leadership or management preferred.
Other relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
