Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across social media and marketplace platforms to achieve sales targets
Conduct budget planning and performance evaluation for marketing and sales activities
Lead the team in executing branding and marketing strategies, ensuring continuous evaluation and optimization
Perform market and competitor research to identify trending and high-potential products
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
