Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across social media and marketplace platforms to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct budget planning and performance evaluation for marketing and sales activities
  • Lead the team in executing branding and marketing strategies, ensuring continuous evaluation and optimization
  • Perform market and competitor research to identify trending and high-potential products

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
  • Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
  • Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
  • Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
