Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation and administration.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
  • Handle all office-related purchases, including client visit necessities and office event supplies. Find vendors, compare prices, process purchases, and manage administration.
  • Input petty cash & credit card expenses, process vendor payments, and handle office documents.
  • Assist employees with office facility and logistics requests.
  • Manage ticket booking for travel, accommodation, and office events.

Working arrangement: 5 days per week (half day morning / afternoon)

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE

  • Diploma or higher
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good problem solving skills and constructive communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Knowledge of general business software (MS Office)
  • Proactive
