Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
Prepare production report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
Perform Customer Centricity by being attentive, reliable, and available to customers, in line with current AXA pillar.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Completion of minimum Diploma III or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the current position at an insurance company.
Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, innovative, and focused on customer service excellence.
Strong team leadership and time management abilities.
Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial business).
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
