Job Description

As a Sales Supervisor - Retail (Sanitary Ware), your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the sales to meet and exceed sales targets
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers such as distributors and dealers.
• Targeting architects and developers who are focusing on residential and hospital projects.
• Identifying new business opportunities and markets also chasing project leads.
• Managing customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activity

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Supervisor - Retail (Sanitary Ware) should have:

• A strong background in sales, preferably in the building materials sector (sanitary ware is a plus)
• Fluent in English both written and writing
• 2-3 years experiences in the industry
• A proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage customer complaints
• The ability to identify new business opportunities
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia
