Technical Writer

Our Technical Writer will contribute to the overall success of the usage of Qiscus products by producing exceptional and understandable documentation. What You Will Do:

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of products and documentation requirements
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
• Develop comprehensive documentations that meet organizational standards, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
• Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
• Evaluate current documentation and develop innovative approaches for improvement
  
  
  

• Proven experience in technical writing of product documentation
• Good understanding of information technology & tech product development
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in English (specifically written)
