Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Engineering. (Civil or Regional and Urban Planning / Planologi Graduate are preferable.)
Has experience in Property industry is a PLUS.
Able to calculate and develop site plans.
Used to calculating feasibility studies.
Able to create Financial Reports (PnL, Cashflow, Budget).
Good knowledge of construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent reading and drawing skills.
Have good skills in project management, presentation, and negotiation.
Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
Between 28 to 35 years of age.
Willing to be placed in Bekasi.
Responsibilities:
Part of the Business Development Department.
Creating a comprehensive report and analyzing the outcomes of business development studies from many perspectives.
Assisting with the creation and execution of Feasibility Studies (FS) with external consultants, including terms of reference (TOR), and assessing the final report from the FS for the benefit of business development and new investments for the firm and subsidiaries.
Create conceptual planning based on the specified budget, time, and resources.
Prepare a report and presentation on conceptual planning for the Head of the Business Development Department.
