Job Title: Finance Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional to lead our finance, accounting, and tax departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, with expertise in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the finance, accounting, and tax teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
3. Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
4. Analyze actual performance against targets and prepare budgets for future periods.
5. Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
6. Develop strategic plans for long-term growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
7. Manage accounting functions, including general ledger reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
8. Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
9. Manage cash flow, including forecasting and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. No less than 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance within the F&B industry.
3. CPA or CFA certification is preferred.
4. Possesses Brevet A and B certification.
5. Proficient in reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).
6. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead finance and accounting teams.
8. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial regulations, and accounting principles.
