HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN

Job Description

• The Head of SCM is responsible for ensuring Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
• The Head of SCM shall develop and maintain strategic initiatives and cost reduction within the organization.
• Responsible for effectively handling transportation requirements.
• Develop strategized streamline logistics processes, perform continuous improvement activities on outbound/inbound logistic flows, cost savings, and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure warehousing capacity and optimization.
• Develop strategic action plans for key accounts and strives in achieving them.
• Execute action plans and ensure that revenue goals are achieved that makes a positive contribution to the bottom line.
• Handle any logistical issues and emergency rearrangements that may arise during service delivery and implement service recovery and improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an SCM Manager in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehousing operations.
• Preferably having experience with Supply Chain in the FnB Business.
• Experienced in streamlining processes and working with cross-departments on day-to-day operational processes.
• Highly goal-oriented, assertive, good with numbers, and a hands-on problem solver.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written is a must.
• Willing and able to work with high traveling intensity is a must.
• Domicile / Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang.
