Requirements:

1. Min three years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on both back-end and front-end.
2. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent field of experience.
3. A strong understanding of system design, microservices, and clean coding principles for both back-end and front-end platforms.
4. Experience with at least one back-end framework (e.g., Java, Ruby, Go, Rust) and front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue).
5. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).
6. Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and Google Cloud) is essential for scalable back-end service performance.
7. Familiarity with API development and performance optimization.
8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
9. Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality solutions across back-end and front-end development.

Job Description:

1. Designed, developed, tested, documented, and maintained back-end services and front-end applications to ensure secure and efficient solutions.
2. Write clean, reusable code while following the best back-end and front-end development practices.
3. Collaborate with business partners, delivery managers, and QA to implement new features and enhance the user experience.
4. Led the application's technical direction, ensuring scalability, performance, and smooth integration with lending consumers and other APIs.
5. Optimize database queries and manage data storage for seamless functionality.
6. Implement strategies for cloud management to ensure high availability and performance.
7. Improve web performance while scaling back-end services.
8. Manage containerized back-end applications and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
9. Contribute to product development, participate in code reviews, and help shape the app's roadmap.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve both back-end and front-end issues to ensure smooth functionality.
11. Write unit, integration tests, functional automation, and challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and ineffective solutions.
