Job Description

• Developing short, medium, and long-term mine plans to optimise production.
• Ensuring that all mine plans meet safety, environmental, and economic objectives.
• Monitoring and adjusting plans in response to operational needs and changes in conditions.
• Collaborating with the geology, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

Requirement

• A degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mine planning, with a significant portion of that experience in nickel or other base metal operations.
• Proficiency in mine planning software such as Vulcan, Surpac, or similar.
• Strong understanding of open-pit mining methods and operations.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
