Responsibilities:

• Design and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and expand audience reach.
• Oversee and grow social media profiles on Instagram and TikTok.
• Create and plan innovative and engaging content.
• Stay ahead of trends and enhance user interaction.
• Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Engage with followers, responding to comments and direct messages.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same industry.
• Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts.
• Creative mindset with an ability to stay on top of trends and social media dynamics.
• Proficient in writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication.
• Strong attention to design details and visual aesthetics.
• Willing to do full WFO from Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
