Finance Accounting Tax Sr. Manager - Manufacture - Cikarang (C-117747)

Our client is a Multinational Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Finance Accounting Tax Sr. Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall finance, accounting tax department
2. Oversee financial transactions.
3. Manage the closing process, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
4. Supervise payroll operations.
5. Monitor and reconcile company assets and inventory records.
6. Prepare and review key financial reports.
7. Handle cash flow management.
8. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
9. Support cross-functional collaboration on financial and tax-related matters.
10. Undertake additional financial and accounting responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
2. Business English proficiency.
3. Min. 5 years as Finance Accounting Tax Manager or 2 years as Senior Manager in foreign manufacturing company, with strong knowledge of VAS, IFRS, and IAS, and used to using ERP system.
4. Own Chief Accountant Certificate such as CPA, CMA, etc.
5. Able to work under pressure and drive continuous improvements, good communication skill.
