Head of Operations (Medic)

Our client is looking for a candidate to become a clinic leader.

Key Responsibility:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
2. Lead and manage medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel.
3. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
4. Ensure the facility complies with healthcare regulations and standards.
5. Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
6. Work closely with other departments, such as sales, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive workflow and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in medical doctor, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; knowledge of budgeting, business development, and healthcare regulations.
