Senior IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team, develop and execute R&D tasks for IT projects
• Ensure efficient collaboration among team members, guaranteeing on-time project delivery
• Continuously improve team workflows and methods to enhance team efficiency and quality
• Communicate with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements
• Ensure the team adheres to best development practices and security standards
• Provide technical guidance and support, resolving technical challenges encountered by the team during development

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience
• Solid experience in Java, Golang, and front-end development, with a deep understanding of technical details
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with different teams
• Strong project management skills, capable of effectively planning and executing projects
• Good problem-solving abilities and team-building skills

• Experience with agile development and project management certification
• Proficiency in listening and speaking Mandarin Chinese
