Job Description:

• Managing IT Application Support Team, maintaining response time and performance of IT support team (KPI).
• 2nd level IT support, troubleshooting, and investigating issues of D365 FO and other internal applications.
• Identifying system gaps, proposing solutions and improvements for business, and maintaining application system security.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems / Information Management / IT or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Experience as an IT Manager with a background from multiple industries (manufacturing, distribution, retail) or experience as a Functional Consultant with clients from multiple industries (manufacturing, distribution, retail, etc).
