Corporate Sales Assistant Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management/Marketing.
• At least 3 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing field is required.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel out of town.

Job Description:

• Responsible for leading Sales team to make sales and market developments.
• Supervise all promotional activities and ensure compliance with the provisions of the brand principal.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce & Digital Marketing Division in carrying out social media activities and digital advertising.
• Supervise and evaluate subordinates to work optimally.
• Provide training and motivation regularly and periodically so that the entire sales team can work effectively and efficiently to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain good relationship with each PIC in order to achieve sales targets.
• Supervise and monitor activities carried out by competitors and make comparison strategies.
• Make reports on sales achievements and inventory conditions comprehensively and periodically to superiors.
• Supervise the use of the approved budget to match the plan and get maximum results.
