Serving customer inquiries and reservations regarding Buumi services (playground, classes, events, etc.) through the website, chat applications (WhatsApp), and walk-ins (on the spot).
Explaining Buumi service regulations and terms to recommend services that suit the needs of customers (children and companions).
Handling customer transactions through the use of POS machines and payments (EDC, e-wallets, etc.).
Managing administration and reports related to reservations, customers, sales, inventory, orders, etc.
Building positive interactions with customers and business partners.
Tidying up and cleaning the outlet.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma education.
Active in English and able to operate computers (Microsoft Office).
Preference given to those experienced in customer service or handling customers/clients directly.
Enjoy working with children and able to interact well with young children.
Willing to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, & National Holidays.
