Junior Business Development

Job Description

As a Junior Business Development, you will play a role in supporting the development of the company's business strategy by exploring market opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of the company's growth strategy. Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and relevant industry trends.
2. Establish communication with potential clients or partners to introduce the company's products and services.
3. Assist in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
4. Support the team in negotiating and maintaining relationships with clients or business partners.
5. Analyze sales data and market performance to support strategic decision-making.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations in business development.
7. Prepare periodic business progress reports to the team and management.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 1 year of work experience in business development, marketing, or related positions (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
4. Able to work in a team or independently with clear targets.
5. Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
6. Understand marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
7. Experience in organizational activities or internships in related fields is a plus.
8. Knowledge of industry, healthcare, engineering, information technology, and tourism (a plus).
