Job Description

1. Manages Product Development Team For An Effective Management Of Launch Dates.
2. Conducts Research For New And Innovative Furniture Products. Develop Product Based On APQP Procedure.
3. Motivate, Train, Guide & Evaluate Performance Of PD Personnel.
4. Provide Technical Assistance To Internal And External Customers.
5. Assist And Support In Troubleshooting Of Product Quality Problems.
6. Prepare Yearly Budget Plan.
7. Conduct Monthly Budget Analysis Through Consolidation And Monitoring Of Allotted Budget Resources.

Requirements

1. Must have at least 5 years of experience in furniture-making of upholstered, wood & composite (wood, metal, plastic, etc.) furniture products.
2. Knowledge and experience in furniture products and design.
3. Leader in a group of product developers and sample makers.
4. Analytical thinker and problem solver. Can effectively communicate.
5. Documentation and reporting skills.
