Job Responsibility

Sales Administrator (Based in Johor)

  • Provide support for sales representatives.
  • Prepare quotations & sales invoices.
  • Handle document processing, updating, and archiving.
  • Organize marketing materials.
  • Assist in logistic management and consignment stock.
  • Undertake routine and ad-hoc non-routine tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Secretarial, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/sales support.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to undertake pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Added Advantage).
