What You Will Do:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve diverse business objectives for BukuWarung’s new brand.
• Manage and optimize app campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels to drive merchant acquisition and engagement.
• Increase brand awareness, boost website traffic, and generate high-quality leads through innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Design and analyze experiments and conversion tests to enhance user experience and improve campaign performance.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate customer journeys across multiple channels and optimize campaign results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising best practices, and SEO/SEM techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
• Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing.
• Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress for content editing on websites.
• Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
