Tax Officer

Manage data inputs on the Tax Online System, as well as create ID Billing for monthly tax payments. You will also be the lead to collect and send monthly tax slips to our vendors and/or customers. You will be required to ensure that payments are made to creditors appropriately and in a timely fashion, record and maintain payments, manage accounting & tax documentation (hardcopy and softcopy) as well as other administrative tasks.

You will be responsible for…

• Creating ID Billing for Monthly Withholding Tax
• Inputting Monthly Withholding Tax on Tax Online System
• Creating ID Billing for monthly VAT
• Inputting Monthly VAT on web e-faktur/Coretax
• Sending Monthly Tax Slip to vendor
• Collecting Monthly Tax Slip (prepaid 23) from customer
• Inputting DGT and COR on Tax Online system
• Ensuring all invoices are checked for validity before payment is made
• Ensuring payments are made in a timely fashion
• Assisting in preparing OJK reports.
• Managing prepaid, accrual, fixed asset reports every month.
• Other administrative tasks (collecting tax documents, tax filing, journal filing etc)

You will require the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 2 years in job-related experiences
• Having work experience in an insurance broker company will be advantageous
• Possess good knowledge about Tax Regulation in Indonesia
• Possess good knowledge of insurance brokers' reports related to OJK
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal, communication and technical skills to execute assignments and communicate issues or recommendations effectively
• High integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment, within tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good team player, willing learner and meticulous with an eye for detail
