Business Analyst

We seek a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business needs, identify improvements, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align processes, systems, and workflows with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Create reports, process flows, and documentation.
• Support project teams in translating requirements.
• Conduct data analysis for insights.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process modeling and improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Full WFO in Karawaci Tangerang.
