Job description

Our client is a fast-paced growing CRM, AI-based Marketing Automation startup combined with Generative AI & Multi Language support. Currently, we are helping them in seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
  2. Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients' needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
  5. Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.
  6. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 - 5 years working experience.
  2. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
  5. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  6. Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot).
