Sales Product Manager Surabaya

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree from reputable University with Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Engineering and other related background.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industries covering functional and commodities ingredients.
• Experience in marketing and cold canvassing, to find new potential customers.
• Having deep knowledge of Food & Beverages such as raw material and end products.
• Able to manage and communicate with Principal on product knowledge, problem, pricing, and technical issues.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English Language.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain and build good relationships with existing customers and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing new projects.
• Responsible for contacting new clients, maintaining relationships with established clients, consulting on new products, and setting prices.
• Manage all Food & Beverage manufacturing industries such as Confectionery, Dairy, Process Meat & Seafood, Snacks, Spices, and Seasoning.
• Manage a wide range of functional ingredients manufacturing such as flavors, collagen, caramel, potassium, preservatives, starches, MSG, Amino Acids, and Sodium Citrate.
• Process purchase orders from customers and ensure delivery on schedule (one-time delivery or partially), and handle complaints from customers.
• Work independently with Business Support Executives in handling/executing delivery, roadshows, exhibitions, etc.
• Actively participate in the department's strategic planning activities in relation to the overall company direction.
• Research and gather information about the current market.
