Job Description:

The Operation Project Lead is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of high-priority operational projects within the company. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of operational processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the relevant industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-profile projects on time and within budget.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and build effective teams.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate project plans and progress to stakeholders.
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges effectively.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient project execution.
8. Proficiency in project management systems in construction.
9. Knowledge of operational processes and procedures within the relevant industry.
