JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and target potential projects – obtaining project information
2. Create relationships with potential clients or information sources
3. Create a strategy to obtain projects and execute/implement the strategy
4. Evaluate potential projects
5. Lead a tender team in tender process including negotiations/conclude the contract.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Min. bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. Min. 15 years of working experience in construction industry – construction company, design office, structure engineering office, MEP office, QS office, etc.
3. Able to speak English
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
