Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Foreman

Warehouse Supervisor: (WMS, LES systems focus)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for warehouse management, such as receiving and processing shipments, inventory management, reporting and documentation, equipment operation (forklifts, hand trucks), etc.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma‘s degree and above. English and Mandarin language skills are preferred.
2. Qualified, competent in warehouse management (receiving and processing shipments, inventory management, reporting and documentation) with minimum 1 year relevant work experience, especially in the automotive industry. Demonstrated experience in using WMS, LES systems;
3. Good computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
5. Working knowledge of English and proficiency in the automotive industry.

Warehouse Supervisor: (Quality focus)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the management of warehouse operation;
2. Guide the warehouse foreman to ensure personal safety, property safety, and information security management of the warehouse;
3. Lead all warehouse staff to implement cost control;
4. Timely handling of abnormal problems and feedback to superiors;
5. Report the operation of the warehouse to the section chief on time.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma‘s degree and above. English and Mandarin language skills are preferred.
2. More than 2 years relevant working experience is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of logistics theory.

Warehouse Foreman:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on CP, carry out quality control work in the production process, follow up on incoming material inspection, and follow up on outgoing inspection.
2. Follow-up treatment of abnormal production process quality; assist process/quality engineer in developing inspection methods.
3. QC quality technique training and application.
4. Participate in the formulation of corrective and preventive measures.
5. Assist team leader and quality engineer in dealing with quality anomalies.

Qualifications:
1. SMA/SMK or above;
2. More than 2 years relevant working experience is preferred;
3. Can use common measuring tools, can read CAD drawings, and understand QC quality tools.
