Coway Technician Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install the product at the appropriate customer location/address.
• Provide an explanation to customers about the function of the product.
• Analyzing problems/damage that occurs in the product.
• Provide for product service, whether in warranty or out of warranty.
• Responsible for the work tools/vehicles used.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of electrical and failure analysis.
• Proven technician service experience of at least 1 year. Home Appliance products are preferred.
• Driver licensed A / experienced.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
