About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative marketing specialist to join our dynamic team at Sarana Solusi Globalindo (www.saranasolusiglobal.com), a car rental business in South Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Your focus will be on leveraging your expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels to showcase our exceptional car rental services and offerings.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualising and implementing engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and print materials
• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity and messaging
• Analysing marketing performance data to identify trends and optimise campaigns for maximum impact
• Creating compelling content, such as social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate our unique value proposition
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective
• Enhance customer engagement and conversion

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing communications or creative marketing role, preferably within the car rental or transportation industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
