Conduct pre-sales activity to support Sales Team as follows:
Assess and summarize client's requirements.
Conduct site surveys to determine client’s requirements in detail and collect data of existing conditions.
Provide solutions to clients, i.e. bill of materials / bill of quantity, detailed equipment specification, draw line diagrams, and conduct presentations to clients.
Perform proof-of-concept (PoC) and demos for clients.
Support sales team in tender preparation, i.e. prepare technical proposals, check equipment specifications, and prepare all technical documents required in tenders.
Conduct QC (quality control) and stage every piece of equipment before delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
Experience in Security Access Control systems (CCTV, Door Access, Face Recognition Access System, RFID System, Network Security) and Audio Visual systems (displays / projectors, room control systems, video processing, video codecs, matrix, audio DSP, rack wiring, and configuration of IT systems).
Experience as a pre-sales engineer for a minimum of 2 years.
Minimum S1 Bachelor in any Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Security Access Control System, Audio Visual system integration, and IT networking.
Skills:
Ability to choose products and define specifications to match client's requirements.
System design and build, presentation skills to clients, demo equipment setup, and device specification checking.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and proactively complete assigned tasks.
Ability to read and understand AV wiring diagrams and schematics.
Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a neat work area at a job site.
