Content Strategist

Position : Content Strategist (Full-time)

Level : Grade 4-5

Reporting to : Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy for the AI V-Tuber, tailored to target audience preferences and platform trends.
• Oversee the production of content for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter, Instagram, and Threads.
• Leverage analytics tools to track content performance, identify opportunities for growth, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with other creators, agencies, and brands for collaboration opportunities.
• Represent the AI V-Tuber at virtual and physical events, conventions, and panels to boost visibility and industry presence.
• Partner with developers and AI experts to enhance the V-Tuber’s functionality and interactivity.

Brand Development:

• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and digital touchpoints.
• Work with designers to create visually appealing content, animations, and promotional materials.
• Develop and manage merchandise campaigns, including concept creation, production, and marketing.

Team Building & Management:

• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team, including animators, graphic designers, video editors, and social media managers.
• Oversee workflows to ensure the efficient production of high-quality content.
• Identify and implement revenue streams, including sponsorships, ads, memberships, super chats, and merchandise sales.
• Negotiate partnerships and contracts with brands and advertisers.
• Collaborate with AI developers to refine the V-Tuber’s voice, personality, and interactions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and integrate them to enhance the V-Tuber’s capabilities.

Crisis Management:

• Proactively address potential issues, such as platform policy changes or technical disruptions, to minimize impact.
• Develop strategies to maintain the AI V-Tuber’s positive reputation and adapt to evolving audience expectations.

Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in AI, machine learning, virtual character development, or similar field.
• More than 3 years of experience related to digital marketing and content creation. Specific experience with agencies or projects in the V-Tuber or streaming industry, would be highly preferable.
• Understanding of the V-Tuber ecosystem, trends, and community culture.
• Experience in building and managing a creative team.
• Strong knowledge of video production, live-streaming software, and social media management tools.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Capability to build relationships with creators, brands, and industry professionals.
• Knowledge of multiple languages to facilitate global reach.
