Job description

The HR Remuneration Officer is accountable for ensuring that high level services are delivered to our business in areas within the approved operating budgets, and that growing business needs are addressed in a timely and cost efficient manner. This position would be responsible for controlling and monitoring HR Operations activities, including governing the frameworks for rewarding employees through competitive reward structures and providing centralized HR transactional services which comply with Adaro standards.

Job Description:

  1. Interpret and execute administrative tasks related to workforce data and organisation structure changes, payroll preparation activities, and provide payroll and transactional HR query management support;
  2. Review and control payroll data, Monthly Worksheet Record, and tax computation activities as in line with all active regulation procedures and guidelines and minimize error and miscalculation;
  3. Manage the compliance data record with the stakeholder parties, i.e. BPJS and Life Insurance provider;
  4. Ensure the completeness of employee database record and keep it updated;
  5. Ensure all HR Operations documents are well maintained, i.e. medical claim record, Monthly Worksheet Record, COP document, and others;
  6. Handle the inquiry of employee’s letters, i.e. certificate of employment, hospital guarantee letter, employment agreement letter, etc.

Job Requirement:

  1. S1 in Management / Psychology / Social Studies;
  2. 5-years experience as HR Supervisor / Officer (Compensation & Benefit / HR Administration), preferably in mining industry;
  3. Experience using SAP System is a must;
  4. English proficiency & good interpersonal skills;
  5. Understanding compensation & benefit process, Business Improvement Principles (e.g. impact of HR policies on finance, etc);
  6. Good understanding of Labor Law & other related regulations;
  7. Awareness of local culture & cross cultural communication;
  8. Ability to create business improvement process for the reward administration process;
  9. Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
