Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of planners, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Plan Development: Develop and implement comprehensive plans and schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and take corrective action.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, preferably with experience in handling export shipments
• Experience in managing a team would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Possess a customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced English and communication skills
