The Head of IT focuses on both infrastructure and development, overseeing the management of networks, servers, cloud computing, and security while also leading software development and system integration to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Job Description:

• Design and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software.
• Ensure the company's cybersecurity through adequate policies, systems, and training.
• Manage the IT department's budget efficiently and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and users to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Collaborate with other divisions to identify technology needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Ensure IT systems are stable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Lead software development and business system integration.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable technology architecture.
• Lead the IT team and develop long-term technology strategies.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position in an IT department.
• Experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, data security, and technology system development.
• Ability to design and manage enterprise IT strategies, including infrastructure management and software development.
• Expertise in large IT project management and implementation of technology solutions that support the business.
• Experience in IT team management, including human resource management and professional development.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends, such as cloud computing, big data, and cybersecurity.

Certifications:

• IT-related certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, PMP, or other technical certifications are a plus.
• Certification in IT project management or leadership is an added advantage.
