Human Resources Generalist

Sempoa SIP is a leading provider of educational programs for young learners. We are dedicated to nurturing children's development through engaging and interactive learning methods. As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Generalist to join our team at Sempoa SIP HQ in Tangerang.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process accurate and timely monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and BPJS reporting.
2. Maintain payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
3. Manage employee attendance and leave records for payroll calculation.
4. Execute the recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
5. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
6. Handle employee onboarding and HR administrative tasks.
7. Ensure HR practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
8. Address employee concerns regarding payroll and recruitment-related matters.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and recruitment.
3. Proficient in payroll systems, tax regulations, and BPJS compliance.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
6. Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
7. Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
