ASSISTEN PROCUREMENT

PT Asian Collections Garments factory based in KBN Cakung exporting fashion Men and Ladies Garments is looking for an Assistant Procurement:

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years experience working in garment.
• Proficient in Excel with formula typing using 10 fingers.
• Age maximum 27-35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; graduates from IGTC/Textile School will be an advantage.
• 1-3 years of work experience required.
• Availability to join ASAP.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Update any Raw Material (RM) according to Estimated Time Arrival (ETA).
• Send all Orders (Purchasing Order number) to the Supplier and ensure confirmation.
• Monitor Estimated Time Arrival to meet due dates based on lead time.
• Address Minimum Order Quantity issues.
