Installing, configuring and distributing hardware and software
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem and providing timely and accurate customer feedback through a series of actions to resolve a problem
Supporting the roll-out of new applications
Supporting the new area roll-out
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Testing and evaluating new technologies
Administering hardware and software asset management
Identifying vulnerabilities in current network and developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure computing network to properly manage risk and to make risk-based decisions related to IT activities.
Requirements
Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Technical Information / Information System or any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
At least 1 year of experience in IT Operational
Proficient in problem-solving techniques.
Familiarity with distributed processing operations, procedures, and equipment.
Competent in microcomputer software applications and hardware configuration.
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, to convey ideas and concepts to users.
