Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
As a Social Media Specialist at Jims Honey (PT Jimshoney Indonesia Pertiwi), you will be responsible for planning and creating content, collaborating with the creative team to generate fresh marketing ideas, and executing marketing campaigns with precision. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Content Creation :
• Develop engaging and trendsetting social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, challenges, and features to create content that resonates with our target audience.
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize out-of-the-box ideas for marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign ideas are executed effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain relationship with stakeholders including resellers, KOLs, brands partners and community members
Campaign Execution :
• Manage and execute multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and with meticulous attention to detail.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Contribute to online or offline event/activities planning, execution, evaluation
Creative Thinking and Problem Solving :
• Exhibit a high level of creative thinking to solve marketing challenges and develop innovative solutions. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and brand presence.
• Develop and contribute to the development of promotion and marketing strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.
• Create comprehensive marketing plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation.
Market Awareness :
• Maintain a strong awareness of current fashion industry standards, social media trends, competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
Relationship Maintenance :
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with our resellers, brand partners, KOLs, and community members. - Ensure open communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
Monthly Planning :
• Collaborate with the team to plan monthly marketing activities, campaigns, and content schedules.
