Finance Accounting Manager for Havanna Reflexology

Responsibilities

• Organized the financial flow and ensured the accuracy and timeliness of all payment processes by analyzing then composing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.
• Arrange administrative work by handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection, vendor communication, and employee reimbursements/incentives.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Producing daily & monthly sales reports to maintain up-to-date financial records and prepare Tax Report for HOD’s review.

Requirements

• Based in Surabaya
• Graduate of Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields.
• Experience in Finance and Accounting or related fields for min. 1-3 years.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in Indonesian and English).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, excellent problem solver, strong analytical, and organizational skills.
• Having knowledge in using Accounting Software such as Accurate.
• Having knowledge in local Tax Regulation (VAT/CIT/withholding Tax).
• A people person, able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, also having a can-do attitude and initiative to motivate others.
