About the role

As a Warehouse & Distribution Officer at PT. MITRA CAKRAWALA INTERNATIONAL, you will play a vital role in the company's logistics and supply chain operations. In this full-time position based in Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient storage, management, and distribution of the company's products and materials.

What you'll be doing

1. Inventory and Yard Management: Monitor and manage inventory inside the warehouse and materials stored in the yard, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
2. Order Fulfillment and Yard Operations: Oversee the receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, while coordinating yard activities like vehicle movements, loading, and unloading.
3. Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate the efforts of warehouse and yard staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely in both areas.
4. Logistics and Traffic Control: Plan distribution schedules and manage yard traffic to ensure smooth vehicle flow and timely dispatch of goods.
5. Compliance and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across the warehouse and yard, ensuring equipment and spaces are maintained properly.
6. Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inventory, yard activities, and vehicle movements, and generate reports on operations and performance metrics.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation, or distribution industry.
2. Strong operational and inventory management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on accuracy.
3. Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and optimize operations.
6. Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in the warehousing and distribution industry.
